Refund Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to paid consultation services booked with Content Lagoonhub Mining Review Co., Ltd.: Miner Refresh Assessments, Hashrate Benchmark Audits, and Procurement Quote Reviews. It does not cover hardware you purchase from third parties.

2. Deposit Structure

Engagements invoice 50% on booking confirmation and 50% on report delivery unless otherwise stated in your engagement letter.

3. Full Refund Eligibility

You may receive a full refund of amounts paid if:

• We cancel the engagement due to scheduling or staffing constraints on our side.
• You cancel at least 10 business days before the scheduled lab intake or on-site visit and no soak testing has begun.

4. Partial Refund

If you cancel between 4 and 9 business days before the start date, we refund 50% of the deposit. Cancellations within 3 business days of the start date forfeit the deposit unless we can reallocate the slot.

5. Non-Refundable Items

• Travel surcharges already incurred for dispatched technicians.
• Completed soak hours and delivered report sections.
• Third-party lab fees or customs handling paid on your behalf with receipt.

6. Rescheduling

One free reschedule is permitted if requested at least 5 business days ahead. Additional moves may incur a ₩80,000 administrative fee.

7. No-Shows

If our team arrives on-site and cannot access the facility within 30 minutes of the agreed window, the visit may be treated as a no-show and the deposit forfeited. We will attempt contact using details you provided.

8. Work Already Started

Once metering equipment is installed or units enter the 72-hour soak, the engagement fee becomes non-refundable except for portions we did not perform, assessed at our discretion in writing.

9. Dissatisfaction With Reports

If factual errors exist in a delivered report, we will correct them at no charge. Dissatisfaction with conclusions supported by recorded data is not grounds for refund, though we welcome follow-up questions within 14 days of delivery.

10. Refund Process and Timing

Approved refunds return to the original bank transfer account within 10 business days. You will receive email confirmation when initiated.

12. Exceptions

Force majeure events (facility power loss, natural disaster, government-ordered shutdown) may warrant credit toward a future booking instead of cash refund—we discuss case by case.
